Flexible robotics

Does your robotics also work for small batches?

Yes, that is what it is made for. Our robots work without fixed jigs: they scan the product, calculate their own path and adapt to changing products. So you do not have to reprogram for every variant. See how it works

Do my people need to be able to program?

No. We design our systems so that an operator without programming experience can run them independently. With the milling robots for the Hubertustunnel, the operator followed the scan, the milling depth and the progress on a tablet, and only stepped in when something unusual happened. Read the case

Which robot brands do you work with?

We are brand-independent and work with FANUC, ABB, KUKA and Yaskawa. We choose the platform that suits your application, your budget and your existing installation.

Can you upgrade an existing robot?

Absolutely. With new sensors, software and controls we bring existing robots back to top level. That is often quicker and more cost-effective than a new system. About refurbishment

Cost and planning

What does a robot solution cost?

Every project is different, so we do not work with fixed prices. After a free consultation we set out the scope and investment clearly, without obligation. Book a call

How long does an average project take?

That depends on the project and the degree of innovation. Most projects run for 6 to 12 months. We plan everything in advance, so you know where you stand.

Can I also rent a welding robot?

Yes. For varied welding work and small batches you can rent a welding robot for exactly the period you need, from €50 per hour. No jigs and no programmer required. Welding robot rental or work out the numbers

Vision and quality control

Do we need to rebuild our production line for vision?

No. We integrate the vision hardware compactly on existing conveyor belts, in current quality stations or in combination with cobots.

Does automatic inspection not cause a lot of false rejects or downtime?

With traditional systems the line was sometimes stopped too quickly. We use vision as a data instrument: together we set the tolerance limits and what happens when a deviation occurs. You stay in control and the system does not disrupt your OEE.

Does it also work with changing ambient light?

Yes. We work with controlled, shielded lighting and dedicated sensors, so ambient light and changing weather do not affect the reliability of the measurement. More about vision and quality control

Service and support

How quickly do you respond to a breakdown?

We respond the same day and are usually connected remotely within 2 hours. We aim to solve problems before they affect your production.

Will my team be trained?

Yes. Training for operators and technical staff is standard in every delivery, so your team can carry on independently straight away.
